About Me
My Journey to Massage Therapy
I had 21 years of retail experience before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. Having several sport injuries and surgeries, I discovered the healing powers of massage therapy, something I wanted to give back to those experiencing pain. Everyone can benefit from regular massages whether for maintenance, preventative or acute care. I treat clients of all ages, infant to 87yrs old! I love to stay challenged and find what helps for each individual I treat.
Certifications
After graduating from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2017, I began my practice in UpTown Waterloo. After 5 amazing years, I transitioned to a home base practice. As I strive to remain focused on client goals, it has lead me to obtain my certification in Vodder's Manual Lymphatic Drainage (2018) & Indie Style Head massage (2020), Warm Bamboo massage (2022) and Cupping (2023).
Flexible Schedule
I offer a variety of day, evening and weekend hours. If you don't see an appointment time that works with your schedule feel free to contact me with your request. Online booking is made available approximately 1 month prior, so plan ahead as available appointments fill quickly.
