I offer Direct Billing for most Insurance Companies through the TelusHealth Portal and others. Please contact me to confirm prior to booking your massage. Please bring a copy of your Physicians referral if your plans requires one for massage therapy. Make sure you have submitted it to your insurance company PRIOR to your appointment so your claim may be processed. The TelusHealth Portal doesn't allow me to submit documents on your behalf.

I have held your appointment time for you, please be respectful and give at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hrs in advance are harder to fill on short notice, so why not ask a friend or family member to take your appointment for you? We will both thank you! Repeat offenses will incur a 50% appointment fee.
